Celebrating our 2024 Student Achievement at Waipipi School
At Waipipi School, we are committed to ensuring all our students achieve success in reading, writing, and maths. Recently, our end of year assessment data has been analysed, which includes assessment results from PATs and e-asTTle. (NZ Standardised Tests)
We evaluate our data in two key ways:
- Whole School Snapshot: How all Waipipi students are achieving right now.
- Teaching Impact: Measuring the progress of students who have been with us since last November.
We are proud to share our November-to-November results:
- Reading: 83% of students are achieving at or above their expected year level.
- Writing: 88% of students are achieving at or above their expected year level. Notably, boys' writing achievement has risen to 83%, exceeding global trends!
- Maths: 82% of students are achieving at or above their expected year level.
These outstanding results reflect the dedication and expertise of our teachers and the commitment of our school community.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to:
- Our teachers for their unwavering dedication to student success.
- The Waipipi Board for funding interventions and programmes that support student learning.
At Waipipi School, we celebrate our collective efforts to provide an exceptional education for every child.
